Damaris is the Senior Human Resources Manager for Pacific Homecare Services. Damaris's genuine passion for supporting people is the biggest reason why she enjoys working in Human Resources. She finds fufillment and enjoyment in learning, but finds sharing knowledge as a greater reward when she can assist others in their career development. Damaris loves working with people and making an impact in Pacific any way that she can.
Damaris is a proud alumna of California State University, Stanislaus where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Business and a proud alumna of Southern New Hampshire University where she graduated with her Masters in Business Administration. When Damaris is not providing excellent service to our employees, her favorite thing in the world is spending time with her two wonderful children. They enjoy traveling, playing outside, watching sports, and taking evening walks together with their dog Luna.
